We want you to love your purchase from The Couturier’s Home. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Valid proof of purchase is required
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging, inserts, and tags must be intact
Note: Free returns on Throw Pillow Covers and Table Accents only in Canada.
Return shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges can only be processed for items of equal or higher value. All exchanges and return requests will only be processed to the original delivery address.
Items returned in damaged condition, with missing components, or showing signs of wear may be refused or subject to partial refunds.
